Service2Client LLC respects your privacy, and we are committed to protecting it. We recognize your need for appropriate management of the personal information we learn when you visit our website (the “Site”). What Information Does Service2Client LLC Collect?
Service2Client LLC collects three types of information:
- Non-personally identifiable information is information that cannot be used to uniquely identify you. Examples of non-personally identifiable information include your IP address, the type of browser software you use when visiting the Site, the date and time you visit our site, and what pages you viewed when visiting the Site.
- Personally identifiable information is information that can be used to uniquely identify you. Examples of personally identifiable information include your name, mailing address, telephone number, and e-mail address.
- Personal CPA client information is information that can be used to uniquely identify your clients. Examples of personal CPA client information include a client’s name, mailing address, telephone number, and e-mail address.
Collection and Use of Non-Personally Identifiable Information
You can visit the Site without telling us who you are or revealing any personally identifiable information to us. During your visit, we may collect certain non-personally identifiable information. For example, we may track the number of visitors to the Site by logging Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. We may keep track of what pages are visited on the Site so we can monitor the usage of the Site. Also, we may pay attention to what visitors use in order to assess the effectiveness of the Site and modify our design appropriately. Personally Identifiable and Personal CPA Client Information
We collect personally identifiable information only when you elect to provide such information to us, such as when you contact us through the Site, or during client database uploads. The information collected might include your name, company name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone numbers, etc. Any personally identifiable information collected will be used solely for the purpose(s) for which it was collected unless you indicate otherwise. The personally identifiable information you provide that is not encrypted, depending on the products you subscribe to may be viewed by server administrators at IBM Cloud, Nexcess.net or carrier-1.com, the hosting companies that maintain servers on behalf of Service2client LLC. The non encrypted information may also be shared with employees and/or contractors of Service2Client LLC in order to respond to your request. We may enlist a third party to collect, store, process and manage on our behalf the personal information you elect to provide. When we use other companies to perform services on our behalf, we will require that such companies protect your personally identifiable information consistent with this Privacy Policy. We do not share encrypted data in a non encrypted format with anyone other than the clients you choose to share documents with. We do not combine personally identifiable information with any of the non-personally identifiable information gathered on the Site.
We may process or store your personally identifiable information in our databases located in the United States or any other country in which we do business. We may disclose personally identifiable information when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating the terms and conditions of the Site or may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) our rights or property or anyone else that is being harmed by such activities. We also may disclose personally identifiable information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it, and for other governmental, administrative, regulatory or law enforcement purposes.
How Do I Change or Remove My Information?

Once we receive your request, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to change or remove your personally identifiable information accordingly. Please be aware, however, even if we update your personally identifiable information, or we remove such information, it may still be stored in other databases (including those kept for archival purposes) and may be used to compile aggregated or demographic information for third parties in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
