- The project manager develops the screen mockups and wireframes for the project's first phase.
- These mockups and diagrams are gathered into a design document that you review and approve.
- The development team begins to work. You are given access to a development link to review the latest builds.
- The project manager updates you daily on the progress and ensures the latest builds are on the development server for your review.
- When the project is near completion, it is placed into beta testing. Service2Client staff will begin to test the site, and your team can do the same.
- When the known defects are fixed, a deployment date is scheduled.
- The site is deployed to the host of your choice.
