Dynamic Content — Usage and Copyright

What you may do with the articles, where you may publish them, and what happens when a subscription ends.

Service2Client articles are copyrighted. A subscription grants a licence to use them as set out below, for as long as the subscription runs.

Print newsletters

Subscribers may reprint articles in a monthly printed newsletter where the subscription base is under 3,000.

Email

Articles may be used at no extra cost in Mail Sprinkler. Using them in Constant Contact, Mailchimp or any other platform requires a separate subscription, or articles may be purchased individually.

Blogs and web pages

Articles may not be republished on a blog without a second subscription — or use the Dynamic Post plugin, which is included free with a Dynamic Content subscription and handles the licensing automatically.

Attribution matters here. Blog posts containing Service2Client articles must not be credited to you or your firm. The posting user should be left blank, or set to “News” or “Service2Client”.

Calculators

Anyone may bookmark or link to a calculator page. Embedding them by iframe, or presenting them as part of your own site, requires a subscription.

Social media

Sharing article links through Facebook, LinkedIn, X and similar services is approved for all content, provided the link goes to the article itself.

Images

We licence the images, photographs and graphics used in the articles. That licence does not extend to you — images may not be copied out and reused elsewhere. The Cartoon of the Month is licensed to Service2Client and that licence is not transferred.

When a subscription ends

Blog licences run only for the subscription period. When a subscription ends, copyrighted material must be removed from the blog or server, and any links to Dynamic Content deactivated within five business days.

What you may not do

Articles may not be resold, leased, redistributed or otherwise provided to anyone else, in whole or in part.

These terms sit alongside the full Terms and Conditions. Unsure whether a particular use is covered? Ask before publishing — 877-251-3273 or send us a message.
