Dynamic Post — Setup Guide
Installing, configuring and running every part of the plugin — articles, Areas of Service, Linkmaster, the review workflow, White Papers and Compliance Mode.
Installing
Install from the WordPress plugin directory, or upload the dynamic-post folder to /wp-content/plugins/. Activate it and accept the terms — a free API key installs itself on first activation, with no account and no card.
Open Dynamic Post → Settings, choose your categories under Article Settings, and click Post Articles.
Free key against paid plans
The Free API gives you one sample article from each of seven categories a month, on a rolling three-month archive.
Paid plans unlock the full archive back to your subscription start date, more categories, RSS feeds, Linkmaster, Areas of Service, the Reviewed & Approved tools and Grok AI credits. Agency covers unlimited domains on one flat annual price.
Existing customers on earlier pricing keep their current pricing and features. No migration is required.
Backfilling older articles
Post From Start Date pulls in archived articles rather than only the current month — useful on a new blog that would otherwise look empty.
Articles and scheduling
Articles post automatically on the night of the 2nd each month. Categories cover tax news, business news, financial planning, accounting updates and technology — pick the ones your clients care about.
Two things catch people out. Articles cannot be posted between the 1st and the night of the 2nd while the new batch is prepared; that is expected, not a fault. And if the “Please Wait” message runs past sixty seconds, WordPress’s cron job has stalled — common on low-traffic sites. Click Post Articles manually and it clears.
Shortcodes
Place a single category anywhere on your site, or the whole archive. Both full category names and short aliases work — tax for tax articles, for instance. The complete list is on the plugin’s settings screen.
White Papers have their own shortcode, and you can place either the full paper or just its trust seal. Both work inside Elementor layouts, and the Dynamic Content widget drops calculators and pages into Elementor directly.
RSS feeds
Up to five feeds, each set to weekly or monthly, pulling one to ten articles a run. Useful for mixing your own sources in alongside the Service2Client content.
Reviewed & Approved
A credentialed professional reviews an article and their approval is recorded on it, with verifiable credential links. This is an event that happened, not a label applied — which is the distinction that matters for the trust signals search engines weigh.
The Status column on your Posts list shows at a glance which articles are locked, reviewed and compliance-checked.
Peer Review
Endorsements from other credentialed firms — third-party recognition rather than self-assessment.
Compliance Mode
For regulated firms. Regime-based review with an accountable principal’s sign-off and a tamper-evident record, intended for financial-advisory content.
The compliance checklists are a convenience reminder of steps that may apply under a governing body’s rules — FINRA, the AICPA, the SEC, a state bar. Neither Service2Client nor the plugin is an authoritative source on any compliance requirement, and nothing in it is legal, accounting or professional advice. Check the governing body’s own requirements before publishing.
White Papers
Publish long-form documents in a clean document frame — masthead, abstract and sources — with one-click Save as PDF carrying your Compliance Attested seal into the printout.
Already have white papers or cornerstone pages on your site? Adopt them in place. Nothing is moved, retitled or rewritten, and they gain the same trust layer, structured data and shortcodes.
Areas of Service
Generates landing pages for the cities, neighbourhoods and ZIP codes you serve, built from your existing service pages. Pages arrive with meta descriptions, canonical URLs, image alt text and JSON-LD schema already in place.
Worth doing deliberately. Location pages work when each carries something the others do not — local specifics, named clients, different questions answered. Generating a hundred that differ only by place name is the pattern search engines filter out. Start with a few, check they get indexed, then scale.
Linkmaster
Turns keywords you add into internal links across your site automatically. Add a keyword once and every article and page links to your service page from that point on.
Autocomplete pulls the focus keywords already set in Yoast, Rank Math and All in One SEO, and pre-fills the target page.
Grok AI Content Writer
Produces publish-ready drafts on a topic you specify. The optional Verify Sources step grounds the article in real references, and source-bearing drafts require human review before they publish. AI use is disclosed automatically.
No prompt engineering and no separate AI subscription. Credits come with paid plans.
DP Health
Diagnostics covering API status, article counts, scheduled tasks and AI usage. The on-demand Article Quality scan flags missing featured images, meta descriptions and image alt text, with one-click fixes.
Working with your SEO plugin
Yoast, Rank Math and All in One SEO handle the markup. Dynamic Post supplies the substance. Generated pages and imported articles arrive with meta descriptions, canonical URLs, image alt text and JSON-LD schema already set, so your SEO plugin has what it needs to score them.
Dynamic Post never overwrites edits you make by hand.
Full compatibility with Elementor and Gutenberg. Articles include screen-reader friendly alt text, structured data and disclaimers automatically.
Licensing
Your API key is non-transferable and works only with the official plugin. Use it on sites you own or control. The plugin, its architecture and the Dynamicontent.net API may not be used to build a competing product.
Commercial licences removing the copyleft obligations are available — contact sales@service2client.com.
